PROVIDE PRELIMINARY COST ESTIMATES FOR FOUNDATIONS STRUCTURAL SUPPORTS ENCLOSURE BUILDING DUST COLLECTOR EQUIPMENT DUCT WORK AND POWER DISTRIBUTION FOR NEW DUST COLLECTION SYSTEM. PROVIDE EQUIPMENT PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION SCHEDULE FOR THE PROJECT. PHASE II 100 PERCENT DESIGN. FINAL DESIGN DRAWINGS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE DUST COLLECTION SYSTEM INCLUDING ELECTRICAL DESIGN FOR DELIVERY OF POWER TO NEW EQUIPMENT FOUNDATIONS FOR NEW EQUIPMENT ENCLOSURE STRUCTURE FOR RAIL DUMPER COORDINATION OF EQUIPMENT WITH DUST COLLECTOR MANUFACTURER AND MCT OPERATING SYSTEMS. PREPARE AND RELEASE ISSUED FOR BID DRAWINGS AND EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS TO CONTRACTORS IN SUPPORT OF THE PROJECTS COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS. PREPARE A PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE AND FINALIZE ISSUED FOR CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS BASED ON BID PHASE REVISIONS CONTRACTOR FEEDBACK AND FINAL ENGINEERING REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION OBSERVATION AND CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL TESTING.
