ADDITIONALLY, THE SERVICE DEVELOPMENT PLAN INCLUDES GOALS FOR REDUCING THE TRAVEL TIME BETWEEN BOSTON AND PORTLAND (AND SUBSEQUENTLY TO BRUNSWICK).
