THE PROJECT WILL DELIVER COMPLETED NEPA DOCUMENTS, PLANNING MATERIALS, CONCEPTUAL DESIGN MATERIALS FOR EACH ALTERNATIVE FOR REVIEW, AND SELECTION OF AN ALTERNATIVES TO RECOMMEND FOR GRADE CROSSING ELIMINATION.
