THIS UPGRADE WILL ALSO ENABLE TKEN TO RETURN THEIR OPERATIONS TO FRA CLASS I WITH HIGHER TRAVEL SPEEDS, THUS MAKING THE TRACK SAFER AND MORE EFFICIENT. BY INCREASING CAPACITY, THIS TRACK REHABILITATION EFFORT WILL FURTHER ECONOMIC GROWTH, IMPROVE SUSTAINABILITY, AND SUBSTANTIALLY BENEFIT THE COMMUNITIES THAT THIS SECTION OF THE RAILWAY SERVICES.
