THIS GRADE SEPARATION WILL ELIMINATE A SIGNIFICANT RAIL CROSSING IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA, IMPROVE TRAVEL TIME FOR VEHICLE COMMUTERS, PEDESTRIANS, AND BICYCLISTS, AND IMPROVE SAFETY.
