SPECIFIC IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDE RAIL AND CROSS TIE REPLACEMENTS, RECONSTRUCTED ROADBEDS, BRIDGE AND TURNOUT REPAIRS, UPGRADE OF TWO AT GRADE CROSSINGS AND REBUILDING APPROXIMATELY 5.6 MILES OF TRACK.
