DELIVERABLES WILL INCLUDE A COMPREHENSIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN THAT OUTLINES IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGIES, FINAL NEPA DOCUMENTATION, PE DESIGNS AT A 30% COMPLETION LEVEL, AND PERFORMANCE REPORTS EVALUATING SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS AND PROJECT IMPACT.
