SPECIFIC PROJECT WIDE OUTCOMES INCLUDE A REDUCTION IN CONGESTION THROUGH THE MAJOR TRANSIT CORRIDORS FOR DAILY COMMUTERS AND VISITORS TO OAHU HAWAII. THE COMPLETION OF THIS PROJECT WILL ADD A SIGNIFICANT MODE OF TRANSIT TO THE ISLAND OF OAHU THAT IS SEPARATED FROM THE CURRENT VEHICULAR TRAFFIC CORRIDORS BETWEEN KAPOLEI AND DOWNTOWN HONOLULU.; INTENDED BENEFICIARIES: BOTH RESIDENTS AND NON-RESIDENTS OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU AND THE STATE OF HAWAII WILL BENEFIT FROM THIS TRANSFORMATIONAL PROJECT. ISLAND DAILY COMMUTERS AND VISITORS ALIKE WILL BENEFIT FROM HAVING ANOTHER MAJOR MODE OF TRANSIT TO CHOOSE FROM.
