ALL PROJECTS BEING PROGRAMMED IN THIS APPLICATION ARE ELIGIBLE STATE OF GOOD REPAIR PROGRAM ACTIVITIES. REPLACEMENT OF ASSETS THAT HAVE MET THEIR USEFUL LIFE ENSURES THAT BI-STATE IS OPERATING IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS ESTABLISHED ASSET MANAGEMENT PLAN.; INTENDED BENEFICIARIES: ACTIVITIES BEING UNDERTAKEN IN THIS AWARD WILL BENEFIT THE RIDERS OF THE METROLINK LIGHT RAIL SYSTEM ASSOCIATED TRANSIT STAFF AND THE REGION OVERALL INCLUDING THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES. MAINTAINING TRANSIT ASSETS IN AN ONGOING STATE OF GOOD REPAIR EXTENDS THE SAFETY AND USEFUL LIFE AND COMPLIES WITH OUR AGENCYS TRANSIT ASSET MANAGEMENT PLAN.
